Payment Policy
All services at our clinic must be paid in full prior to treatment. This includes initial consultations, ketamine infusions, and any additional therapies or services rendered. We accept multiple forms of payment and will provide a detailed receipt upon request.
Refund Policy
Due to the individualized nature of ketamine infusion therapy and the clinical resources reserved for each appointment, we do not offer refunds for services rendered or for missed appointments. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and continuity of care for all patients.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within this timeframe allows us to accommodate other patients and maintain the efficiency of our clinical operations.
Please understand that once services have been scheduled and/or administered, no refunds will be issued, regardless of treatment outcome or patient preference.
